At checkout please be sure to fill out the illustration information form. We will follow up with you if we need anything additional. Now the design phase commences!

TIMELINE

It will take approximately 4-6 weeks for Crest and Map Illustrations and 2-4 weeks for Couple, Pet, Cocktail and Venue illustrations. Should you have any concerns or specific time constraints, please don't hesitate to reach out to us.

After the design phase, we'll send you a final mockup for your approval. Your satisfaction is our priority, so please don't hesitate to communicate any desired changes or concerns. We're committed to making sure your design reflects your vision perfectly, which is why we offer up to 2 complimentary rounds of revisions.

For clarity, revisions encompass minor to moderate adjustments to elements within the initial design. Please note that substantial redesigns may involve additional fees, so it's essential to communicate your preferences clearly during the initial purchase.

EXAMPLE OF MINOR REVISION

From the original mockup (01) the client requested to:

Add another location “Candy Store” indicated by a generic candy illustration.
Make the beach tower illustration and city name smaller.
Instead of having place titles at the location list them out and add corresponding numbers.

The final design will come in multiple file types with vector and textured options. Unless specified the line artwork will be black.
